Our BCorp impact statement

Last year we shared the news of our B Corp certification, something we are incredibly proud of. Today, we're excited to launch our very first Impact Report, detailing the journey that led us there.

Becoming a B Corp is no small feat. It requires meeting rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. This impact report is where we are and our plans moving forward to improve.

CEO & Founder of ClickyGroup, Oli Yeates had the following to say:

“The business has always had an underlying purpose to do the right thing by the people and community we serve and we believe that we should have a positive impact as a business on the planet and people’s lives it touches. Our B Corp journey has been gratifying in many ways as we realised that we had so much in place that was asked of us in the verification process. However, of course, there is always more to do and improve on."

Governance:

  • Each year we are committed to the 1% pledge (1% of our time and profits go to charity and the community) 

  • We ensure our team receives training on social and environment issues and keep our directors updated with company goals. 

Workers:

  • We are proud to pay higher than living wage as well as providing bonus or profit share schemes with our team. 

  • Provide a wide range of benefits and roll out health and wellness programmes.

Community:

  • Our team takes part in regular volunteer opportunities and we offer work experience and host career events for local students. 

  • We use local suppliers where possible. 

Environment:

  • We provide our team with environmental guidance when working at home.

  • None of our waste goes to landfill and we continue to renew our Carbon Neutral status (and always will.) 

Customers:

  • We survey all of our customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Proudly Cyber essentials + Certified. 

Achieving B Corp certification is not the end of our journey; it's just the beginning. We're committed to continuous improvement, striving to create even more positive impact in the years to come.
